Download MySQL: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/ Download the installer for your operating system, go through the setup steps and accept the default options. When asked to pick a root password, choose a password that you'll remember because you'll need it for a later step in the installation process. 2. Download MySQL Workbench: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/ Download the installer for your operating system, go through the setup steps and accept the default options. 3. Connect MySQL Workbench and MySQL Open up MySQL Workbench and double click on the icon below the text "MySQL Connections". Enter in the root password you chose in step 1. You are now ready to use MySQL Workbench. 4.
